@goairlinesindia I wonder if this will ever come to a resolution. I am doing all in hands to stop the spread of covid-19 by not making any non-essential travel. Hope @goairlinesindia understands the need for doing this.

It's simply disheartening @goairlinesindia, that we have to reschedule the flight 14 days prior. Given the present situation in the country has intensified within the past week. The travel is urgent, but I cant put my mother's health at risk.

@goairlinesindia The executive mentioned that reschedule will cost 12k, which is 2.5x the amount of fresh booking. Admist the intensified situation I want to delay the travel inspite of it being urgent.
