I've replied again but I don't hold much hope
It's almost like ticketmaster don't want money. I just want tickets, it should be easier not harder for disables.

@AmazonHelp It doesn't actually specify just gives tracking numbers. It's been raining both times and a previous package is ruined and yet we are expected to go out to send it back when we aren't the ones who threw it over a wall into a garden in the rain.

@amazon what in the myhermes is going on with your delivery drivers? Had 2 parcels thrown over The wall earlier in week. Yesterday they didn't even try the doorbell (I was home) and threw in through a wall.

@BSAVACONGRESS I cannot get into the virtual event as it says invalid credentials (it's definitely the registered email) the phone number goesnto an answer phone.
I haven't paid 300 quid for a log in screen that doesn't work.

@jogostraw I love my jogo already. I hate the cleanup of coffee machines and the time for them and even pour over. Now I can just put it all in the cup and start drinking. Great for loose leaf tea too 😊
