i think that explains a lot about syl and his love. not just for kaden—but for everyone else. syl had always been putting others first before himself, and that’s what’s making his love extraordinary. i’m glad that syl can still manage to make jokes even after all that happened.

reading the first chapter of season 2 really made me cry. sabi ko ‘di ako iiyak, but i somehow can’t stop the tears from falling. seeing syl and kace’s POV after the incident really broke me. syl will carry the memories silently and kace will have to endure the burdens. #sylden

and as for syl, the lines “to grieve someone who is still there, alive and breathing” really cut right through me. syl never expected all this to happen. if he knew, he would’ve protected kade at all cost. he’d probably protect kade even if his life is already on risk.
