With today’s judgment, it cannot be explained why Deputy IG, Eliud Lagat is not accused number one in the murder of Albert Ojwang. It cannot! Lagat is the one who complained about Ojwang’s publications and ordered that he be killed.

Isaac Lenaola v Nelson Havi was heard last week and determined today. Excellent efficiency. On the other hand, in the matter of estate of John Keen and Issac Lenaola v JSC and Nelson Havi are crawling. It is improbable that one can get a fair hearing before a Judge, in a case where a Judge is litigant. We are not fools!
