A 20-YEAR-OLD MIT STUDENT HACKED HIS OWN BRAIN TO FOCUS. THE FIX IS STARING AT A WALL FOR 10 MINUTES
it starts the way your day probably starts: him on the couch, phone in hand, brain refusing to turn on
then he does something that looks insane:
he sits and stares at a blank wall. no phone. no music. for ten straight minutes
here's the part most people miss:
your brain isn't lazy. it's overloaded. every notification, every tab, every scroll is another input fighting for space - and boredom is the only thing that clears the queue
staring at a wall feels unbearable for about 3 minutes. then something flips. the noise drains out. and for the first time all day your mind goes quiet enough to actually think
then he goes from frozen on the couch to locked in at his laptop, moving through work he'd been avoiding for hours
no app. no productivity system with 40 steps
just 10 minutes of doing absolutely nothing - the one thing nobody can sit still long enough to try
save this for the next time you can't start. staring at a wall might be the most productive thing you do all week
Hey @IndianaFootball & @adidasfootball 👀
After bringing home the 🏆, I think it’s time for a couple alternate uniforms.
The Hoosier Blackout 🌑 and Cream & Crimson Heritage 🤍❤️ concepts would be 🔥.
Keep the tradition… just add a little sauce. 😮💨

Gone too soon at only 34 😢
Rest in peace, Luis de la Rosa Obregón. The animator and illustrator, whose credits included Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, My Little Pony: The Movie, Space Jam: A New Legacy, Animaniacs, and Carmen Sandiego, has passed away after a tragic train accident in Annecy, France while attending the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
His work helped shape some of the most recognizable animated projects of the last decade, and he was reportedly at Annecy presenting his original project Ash Raider World — a reminder that his creative journey was still moving forward.
A heartbreaking loss for the animation community and everyone who connected with the worlds he helped bring to life. Rest in peace, Luis 🕊️
Most players spend 30 days learning new moves.
I’d spend 30 days mastering the details that make every move work.
That’s where real separation comes from.
If you’re serious about becoming a tougher player to guard, that’s exactly why I built the 30-Day Solo Hooper Blueprint. Every workout is designed to build game-ready skills—not just flashy handles.
