अभी तक 70 से अधिक प्राथमिकियाँ लिखी जा चुकी हैं और हर प्राथमिकी में एक मुस्लिम भीड़, चाहे पुलिस वाला हो, श्रद्धालु हों, राह चलता हिन्दू, घेर कर हमला करते हुए बताए गए हैं।

इस FIR में एक पुलिसकर्मी को वर्दी में होने के बाद भी, परिचय पत्र दिखाने के बाद भी, 40-50 की भीड़ ने न केवल आक्रमण किया, बल्कि हथियार और गोलियाँ छीन लीं।

अब कई हिन्दू ऐसे भी होंगे जो आहत होंगे, जिन्हें पुलिस की गोली लगी होगी। आप समझ जाइए कि वह गोली किसने चलाई और पुलिस को लूटने के पीछे क्या उद्देश्य रहा होगा।

जुबैर का गैंग सुबह से रैंडम वीडियो निकाल कर, यह बताने की चेष्टा कर रहा है कि बजरंग दल के लोग गोली चला रहे थे। वह सब ��्रपंच मात्र है, सत्य यह प्राथमिकी है जो आपके सामने है।

अब #UdupiHorror केस में, बार-बार यह कहा जा रहा है कि कोई ‘हिडन कैमरा’ नहीं था। किसने कहा कि छुपा हुआ कैमरा था? पहले दिन से कहा जा रहा है कि मोबाइल फ़ोन से वीडियो रिकार्डिंग की जा रही थी।

@ANI के एक ट्वीट में ये शब्द डाले गए और अब पुलिस, @NCWIndia यह कहती फिर रही है कि कैमरा छुपाया नहीं गया।

यह भी कहा जा रहा है कि पीड़ित बच्चियों ने या कॉलेज मैनेजमेंट ने पुलिस में FIR नहीं कराई। कितना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि सब कुछ जानते हुए ‘महिला आयोग’ से ऐसे कथन आ रहे हैं!

जब कॉलेज और पुलिस दोनों इस बात को ‘मजाक/प्रैंक’ कह कर दबाना चाह रही है, कथित तौर पर बच्चियों को ‘आरोपित लड़कियों के फ्यूचर’ और ‘वो तो तुम्हारी ही सहेलियाँ हैं’ कह कर, उनके माता-पिता को उनके फ्यूचर की बात बता कर, शिकायत से बचने का दवाब बनाया जा रहा है, तब ऐसे स्टेटमेंट का क्या तात्पर्य है?

पहले एक मिथ्या कथन गढ़ो और फिर उसे निरस्त करा दो, कह दो कि ��ोशल मीडिया का आउटरेज अनावश्यक है। यह ट्रिक पुरानी है। यदि भाजपा नेतृत्व से इस पर सॉफ्ट होने या भूलने की बात हो रही है, तो महिला आयोग कुछ नहीं कर पाएगा।

संभव है, यही हो। इन्हें उन बच्चियों की कोई चिंता नहीं है। उनके मानसिक घाव पर कोई बात नहीं होगी। ये केस इन सब के सहयोग से दबा दिया जाएगा।

Yes, CJI should act. Along with CM N. Biren Singh, Judiciary should also take responsibility for Manipur violence.

On 27th March: Manipur HC directed state govt to consider the plea of the Meitei community's inclusion in the ST list & send a recommendation to the Centre within 4 weeks.

On 3rd May: Tribal groups protested against the Manipur HC's order & Meitei community and ethnic violence started in Manipur.

On 12th May: Manipur HC extended one year for the inclusion of the Meitei community to the ST list.

On 17th May: SC slammed the Manipur HC order. CJI said Manipur HC's decision was factually incorrect.

२. 200 मैतेई हिन्दुओं की नृशंस हत्या पर आपने क्या बोला?

जो हुआ वह कहीं से भी उचित नहीं, पर इस एक गैंगरेप की घटना के आगे दो सौ मैतेई हिन्दुओं के शव अधिक संवेदना माँगते हैं, अधिक विचारणीय हैं, अधिक नृशंस हैं।
