The point is that some absolutely do follow people around, provoke reactions, and turn ordinary interactions into content. If your argument is that this never happens, there are countless videos proving otherwise.

If your entire business model depends on annoying random people until they snap, you’re not exposing corruption,you’re creating content at everyone else’s expense.

Some of these “auditors” spend so much time looking for government assistance offices, they might as well stop in and ask about WIC while they’re there.

Free speech is important, but so is personal responsibility and having a meaningful purpose beyond creating conflict.
