💡How can you make your drop more consistent?
Had a great session with @PatODonnell_16 where we talked about just that:
TIPS:
-reduce tension in the arm.
-maintain a constant speed.
If your drop is constantly going nose down and up, it could be that you’re adding speed in your last stride, or pushing the ball too quickly at the last moment.
We want that constant speed.
And no one swings smoother than Pat.

We all deal with stress and anxiety, but how we deal with it can be very different. Something that has helped me is being present. (BWYFA) Be where your feet are. If your home with your family give them 100% it helps no body to stress about something in the past or future. 2 things you have no control over. But you have control over the present moment. Deep breath. BWYFA. Stay Blessed.
