Girl Dad who was harassed for taking his girls to an empty women’s restroom at a Florida gas station gives an update.
He says police did show up and they quickly dismissed the man’s complaint.
He also thanks the employee for stepping in and helping with the situation.
@ja1ten@lunnaveda@jayisbakk@4_Ben_Media Cool. who gives a fuck what you think though. The man had two kids with him. Everyone says think of the kids/protect the kids until it’s time to actually think about them. Y’all some remedial ass people on this app for real
I need to add, with the suit came a free tie, free shirt, and free socks. We just needed to find inexpensive shoes. That’s all I could afford. He was fine with that.
Your Bible contradicts itself at every turn but I’m not surprised the people mostly on Grindr have to pick and choose which verses they want to pretend to live by
MLB should tread carefully. There’s a lot more us fans that agree with the pitchers than with the league when it comes to pride night propaganda.
Let the MLB be warned, not the pitchers.
Be careful, MLB.
@MapleParadox_@japan_nobunaga Calling the idea “pseudo intellectual garbage” while sociologists study humans and social interactions for a living and have done dissertations on the subject is certainly a hill you can die on. Your explanation is far more logical; it should really be cited.
@MattWalshBlog Conservatives use to bash the idea of space exploration as pointless endeavors and said electric cars was anti-oil propaganda driven by climate change activists who hated the USA, but now they’re nerds inadvertently advocating for space exploration and reducing carbon emissions.
@MapleParadox_@japan_nobunaga The video illustrates collectivism vs individualism which is a bit simplistic. The former relies on social bonding and cooperation. W. E. B. DuBois noted “rugged individualism” post-Civil War essentially drove the opposite of that. But glossing over history is expected of course.
@georginalibbie Running errands normally entailed going to more than just the grocery store in those days since people had to conduct business in person. We had mom and pops businesses as well which is where people made conversation. Today, not so much.
@FoxNews Stanley contextualizes the entire show in one bit when he yells at Michael Scott for doing something stupider than the day before. I’d say 85% of the show centered around Michael doing that by setting up or encouraging offensive shit, but it’s all still relatively tame.
Ben Stiller walks right by an “unhoused” person on the way to his $500k court-side NY Knicks seat
But sure, let him lecture you on taxing the rich and climate change
@ThomBrady5@Abern425819@esjesjesj Why is that relevant? You’re not replying to his response and derailed the conversation. Then when someone points that out, you just say they’re defending him?
@kureteiyu@ace39Y2K@DamilohunA Women tell men not to assume what their real world experiences are. So, it’s unfair to downplay our experiences. It’s more accurate to say that you weren’t exposed to it in your circles, but it was common for Black women especially to accuse/assume any well-groomed man was gay.
@TalkAboutItLS@OldInternetFeel Joss Whedon took inspiration from Kitty Pryde’s character to develop Buffy, as he fully intended on her to be a memorable superhero, and he gave Buffy the last name Summers as a nod to Scott Summers aka Cyclops. So, it’s really a full circle moment.
