Never order from @NetMeds, they don't have any sense of responsibility that they are delivering medicines and not groceries. The order is already 3 days late and still no sign of delivery.

Hi @IRCTCofficial, my aunt who is handicapped was travelling from Goa to Mumbai with my uncle. There was a family emergency and my uncle couldn't make it, so I had to tag along last minute. We went to the ticket counter to change but they denied it last minute.
@RailwaySeva@KonkanRailway@KonkanRailway There is no empathy or anything, there are so many people travelling for free looting but nothing for people who actually need help and who are honest. Very sad, my aunt is handicapped and senior citizen and she has now paid 3 times more than normal fare.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Plus he charged the full amount of a regular ticket. An escort for an handicapped person is entitled by law to get the same concession as per the handicapped person. What is the point of these things being in place then?
We had to board the train as her father in law is in the hospital. We requested the TC to make changes but he charged us ₹1595. There was no way to make change or cancel the ticket last minute. @AshwiniVaishnaw What is my old aunt supposed to do? Travel alone?
@MeghUpdates Exactly, you never know which bridge is going to collapse, which pothole is going to be open, which water will be contaminated and which rich brat is going to run you over. India and Indians must be prepared at all times.
