@espn why do you hate feedback? Your site says go to support center to submit feedback but there isn't an option. Google takes me to some old feedback form but it fails when submitted? How can I submit feedback about your site? #uxfail

@burtonsnowboard emailed customer support cuz i think my new boots were sized wrong, too small. Used them a total of 6-7 days. Was told it takes 10-15 days to break in. Asked if supposed to be unbearable until then and leave bruises on feet. Was told yes. Is that really expected?

@USAA Um, I just reported an issue. But it eventually just started working again. Guess you wont be able to prevent it next time since you had no idea your site wasn't working. But again, that's why I've switched banks. Won't be my problem anymore.

@USAA once again, i can't access my money. Site says "We are unable to complete your request. Our system is currently unavailable." and on mobile, says I'm ineligible to use funds transfer service. Can't wait til my DD starts going to my new bank next week.
