@AskWorkspace I canceled based on written assurance the fee would be waived. I was charged $1,191.90 and am being asked to pay again to avoid account suspension.

I’ve proposed reasonable solutions and just get standard responses. Google employee lied and I am paying the price?!

@AskWorkspace Then Google said they aren't going to refund me, so I paid the almost $1200 penalty and now I'm paying monthly for 3 users. It doesn't make any sense and I'm just getting standard responses back, not willing to understand the situation or honor their word

@GoogleWorkspace I canceled my plan based on written assurance from support that the fee would be waived. I was then charged ~$1,100 and denied any resolution. This needs escalation. Can someone help review?

@AskWorkspace Thank you! It's https://t.co/4XayA2y8oK. In February I was charged a monthly fee for a 7 user plan and I had only 3 users for several months. The support agent said I could cancel the yearly plan and he would waive the penalty fee. I asked him twice and he said yes twice.

@AskPlayStation We have been locked out of our PS4 all year because we didn't want Plus for 2021 and asked for a refund. How do you see this as fair? I need access to our account so I can delete it.
