Im a 70 year old man and have found the 17 hour intermittent fast with my lat meal at 4pm to be especially effective in reducing my glucose levels. Six months on a zero carb 0 sugar diet of protein/fat and sauerkraut, my glucose that used to be in pre-diabetic levels now sits around 85-90.
