I’ve been receiving many messages from people saying they’ve seen me on television. That’s great and all but I did these interviews to really try and spread awareness for #kidneydisease . The interviews didn’t include the crucial part where I talked about organ and blood donation
Something really messed up was when I was around the age of 6 I would stay awake at night staring at the ceiling-in the dark, SCARED out of my mind thinking about death and people dying. I was SO SCARED. I remember questioning what death was AT AGE 6. #anxiety#mentalillness
Twitter, I need you to do your thing & pass this around. Please.
I need a Doctor. I want to chat to a medical professional about treating Neuroblastoma in adults. My cancer is super rare, so I’m desperate to find someone who has attacked this thing and won!
Thanks in advance xo
Honestly this still haunts me to this day. I’m 23 and it still happens. It’s not the same as it was before. Now I can usually divert my mind before going into the deep black spiraling hole
When people told me “Be positive😊” Yea, those are just words. I’m totally guilty of saying these same words to otherS. I realize it’s not simple by any means. When someone is suffering through something being positive can be SO DIFFICULT.... cont.
I’ve done it my entire life, getting out of a habit like that seems phewww.. but I’m workin on it! For now I’ve been off Instagram for a few weeks now(I believe) because I found myself comparing to others. It wasn’t doing good for my mental health
So I’m leaving and the same guy goes “how was it?”
Me:uhhhh
Him:good?
Me:same old same old
Him:oh good for a high five
Me:says thanks and then does a really slow high five
Him:Bet. Have a good one
Me:bye
WHY CHEYENNE WHY LMAO
Uh oh I’m having gym anxiety. I usually go earlier in the day but there’s more cars parked here so more machines will be taken up and my machines might not be open. More people to judge me even though they’re probably not*deep breathes* *grounding* here. I go
UPDATE: I walked in and the guy said “hi welcome” and I said hi and then he said “what are you working out today?” And I said “I aghjedndom” and then he said like oh I just don’t like the gym and laughed and I said a little bit of everything so yea that’s great LMAO
I don’t have negative feelings towards those who say “im normal now.” It’s just that they don’t know how I’m feeling so they just assume. But I can’t change a person so I just leave it at that
I’ve noticed that I had a lot more support when I was ON DIALYSIS than after transplant. It’s difficult because along with kidney disease I have mental illnesses too. And I do feel less supported by others post transplant. I hear a lot of “you’re normal now,” which isn’t true
And my circle is small, but means the world to me. Because I know my friends and family who I’m close to love me for who I am and that’s all that’s important
