D'Angelo wasn't a soul of many words, because he seemed to believe his music would speak best for him. And it will. Forever for a multitude of generations and to comfort anyone who misses his soothing tone or decadent energy.

This moment is how I choose to remember him. Joyfully and excitedly playing his guitar and you can see in his face, that it was where he was most at home.

You can see his full interview in the documentary 'Finding the Funk' and see what made his soul light up. And thank you to D'Angelo for lighting up our spirits with his talent and may his sound and love continue to comfort his loved ones during such a significant loss.

Texans 44, Ravens 10

Put this up there with one of the most embarrassing losses in franchise history.

This has been an epic fall from grace. Baltimore went from “Super Bowl contender” to “top-5 draft pick” … and it’s only Week 5.

Ravens were missing 7 Pro Bowlers today, which obviously has an impact. But there was little fight from Baltimore. Little pride. Which is unusual for a John Harbaugh-led team.

The 2025 defense is one of the worst in franchise history. It continues its streak of allowing opponents to have “career” moments. Today, CJ Stroud had his longest rushing gain and highest completion percentage. Houston also got its first win in Baltimore in Texans franchise history.

The Ravens offense wasn’t much better than defense. Cooper Rush threw three interceptions (2 of the 3 not his fault), and Derrick Henry averaged 2.2 yards on 15 carries. When Lamar Jackson returns, can the offensive line protect him, or will he go back to running for his life?

The franchise has to ask itself if it’s going to stand by and continue to watch this fall, or if it will do something now.

Because even when many of the top players return from injury (presumably after the bye), can we honestly say the coaching will be up to standard? Are the highest paid players - particularly on defense - living up to their contracts?

If the answer to either of those questions is no, then action is required sooner than later.
