Everyone enjoyed today with this super simple and effective enrichment.

1) Take coconuts! we are lucky enough to take them directly from the jungle🌴.

2) Cut the coconut in half🗡️

3) Give it to the animals🐒

4) See what happens🧐

Is not easy to see sloths🦥, specially two-toed sloths like sr. Dona🍩as they are nocturnal animals. That makes every observation of them even more exciting!

Did you know that the Hoffman Two-Toed Sloth is so sedentary that algae can grow on its fur? But the plant helps give the sloth a greenish tint which gives it a useful camo to hide from predators.

The pygmy three-toed sloth is critically endangered with an estimated population of only 100 sloths.

This little guy, whom we have called Pitaya🌺, has entered our wildlife rescue center today. It was found on the ground unable to flight.

Here we will carry out all the necessary tests to find out its condition and to treat it👩🏼‍⚕️, we hope that very soon it can flight again.
