I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.
They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1
Ingraham: You said as many as 600,000 Chinese students could come to the US. Why, sir is, that a pro-maga position when so many American kids want to go to school and there are places not for them and these universities are getting rich off Chinese money?
Trump: If we were to cut that in half, which perhaps, makes some people happy, you would have half the colleges in the United States go out of business.
Ingraham: So what
Trump: I actually think it's good to have outside countries.
Ingraham: They’re not the French
Trump: You think the French are better? I’m not so sure. Maga was my idea. It was nobody else's idea. I know better than anybody else what Maga wants
@michaelgove@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK Where have you being living for the past 2 years. Calling what happened a mistake appears to signal a sort of approval for what happened to so many human beings and at the end of the day that is the most important point, innocent people have been killed, this can not be excused
@LBC@TomSwarbrick1 As great it is that the killing has stopped and hostages returned. This is unlikely to be a lasting peace or at least will not be until the underlying issues are resolved and I unfortunately just don't see that happening yet.
@Countrypea3772@OlenaRohoza What a stupid comment, a man to be hugely admired for defending his people and country. That isn't enough to justify a Peace Prize.
@cormacpro@FIBA@FIFAcom@iocmedia Basketball Ireland's decision is regrettable and contrary to their belief may actually do more harm to the sport in the country than if they refused to play.
@MikeTappTweets Yes it is a new low when there are those who think the inappropriate chants from a minor artist and which should be criticised are a new low ... what about the 50k Palestinians no longer with us where is the outrage for them.
@JDVance That's probably worse JD, are you telling us he actually thinks through things and comes up with those unhinged actions and words. They could almost be forgiven if they were impulsive.
@BBCMOTD Fantastic player, pundit and presenter. Didn't matter who you supported, always played fair and that seems to be what has finished his MOTD career in the end, seem like some people don't think we should live in a better world. Maybe if more were like Gary it would be
@YourAnonNews It's very hard not to agree with those thoughts as if it's not the case we should be very worried about the humanity of our fellow Europeans. It's not that the song was great, if it was I'd almost give it the benefit of the doubt.
@tonyleen At Champions League Semi Final you can't be cornered by loyalty and while alternatives might not be what you want why for example wait until 89th minute to bring on Nwaneri and as for taking 15 minutes to sub off the clearly struggling Timber....
@RacingPost Ladbrokes have let themselves down badly. They should have acted in good faith like a responsible business prior to the issue escalating to this point. They have now backed themselves into a corner from which they can no longer gain any win other than to settle the bet ASAP.
📺🚀It's blast off at Parkway Shopping Centre in Limerick as members of @StPatsGAALimk hold a 24-hour cycle-a-thon to raise money for @LTSP_Suicide.
Among those getting on the bike for an hour between now and 6pm tomorrow are Shay McCarthy of @Munsterrugby plus @LmkFootballers stars @KyleMul21686414 and @darraghmuz, who were limbering up ahead of the start!
