@virginmedia No problem getting 4g. Just a major issue getting incoming calls when it's switched on. Like we can't, at all.

@virginmedia Can't switch 4g back on. Operating on 2g to allow incoming calls. Want my 4g back as I'm paying for it. It's why we switched accounts.

@virginmedia Seemingly we are not the only frustrated customer having major issues are switching over to 4g. Virgin need to investigate not fob us off.

@virginmedia What would the point in that. They don't deviate from their script and haven't resolved the issue the last 4 times we have phoned them.

@virginmedia Done that. Didn't work. Been through the whole fault fix process. It doesn't work. why are we paying you for 4g? It's screwed everything.

@virginmedia Been all through resets, got incoming calls back by switching off 4g. Still no voicemail. Suddenly it requires a PIN.

@virginmedia Yes, it's a mobile. 4G seems to be causing incoming calls to fail. Now helpdesk screwed up voicemail too.
