@IanSands9@Halfords_uk I’ve been waiting for 10 days for my money to go back through after telling me my purchase wasn’t made and then told me it was then decided to cancel my order and refund me now I can’t get my money back or get a right member of staff to talk with and now my emails won’t send
The morning I was told a different story each time. I then had a email apologizing and that they received my order and payment of the time I purchased but they made the decision to refund me after I have wanted this order. I still haven’t received my money.
@Halfords_uk made a purchase on 26th November 2025 for £165 they emailed me saying they save my basket come back to finish after I successfully completed the order I didn’t receive confirmation email. So this made me ring and email several times throughout
