I was talking about this with #researchers yesterday. If you only include 👩🏻‍💼👩🏼‍💼people the solutions only work for 👩🏻‍💼 people. For research to be relevant to 👩🏿‍💼 & 👩🏾‍💼👩🏽‍💼 women it absolutely has to include 👩🏿‍💼 & 👩🏾‍💼👩🏽‍💼 women. And no, a 👩🏻‍💼👩🏼‍💼 baseline isn’t the best starting point.
