It is not their personality. Focus on actions and consequences.
@womenshumor I love joking and sarcasm as much as the next person, but it’s important to remember that the normalization of excessive drinking and misinformation around alcohol can keep people (particularly women) from recognizing serious dependence issues and asking for help.
