@KlausCodes Evo is pretty popular but not sure if its the right choice for longer distances like that, might be cheaper to use a standard car rental service. also might depend on time of day too cuz standard rentals might have a early return time
@_tenZdhon_ I had a exam worth 60, missed a midterm so the weight got shifted to 70. And there were only i think 7 or 8 questions so each worth 10% of grade lmao
@droidbuilds Porkbun was my first experience with domains and never had a reason to try anything else. For basic stuff the porkbun + cloudflare pages $11 .com deployment is great.
The barrier of entry for app dev is still pretty annoying for someone with no technical experience. Hosting/external setup etc can make lazy people not want to do it but also I'm finding that Claude can't one-shot pretty basic issues still, plus app store publication issues
@Meghan_NL@wesaketchak I agree but I think in the east you are more likely to have to pick between nature-y places and higher population city places. All those things you listed are within an hour of workplace in Vancouver area. No BC person going east for nature unless its maritimes
@haki_xer Some visual things AI just can't understand and for large projects the codebase will become a nightmare. One small visual, state, etc bug turns into a multi-day fix
@_th3mcel@wesaketchak To keep it a buck I wrote this as west = BC and east = ontario + montreal hahaha I've never been anywhere else, maritimes look stunning I didn't like coloring it in tho
