@HRH_SHP Embarrassing take since you claim to be an attorney and (presumably) can read. A Federal judge ruled that Baldoni showed no evidence that Lively lied. His defamation case was thrown out of court and he will have to pay her up to $8m in fees.

@johnnyverdi @PopBase look at the reason for the dismissal. She couldn’t sue for under CA law for behavior that happened in NJ. She couldn’t sue under Federal law because she was classified as an independent contractor not an employee. He still did the things she accused him of. He’s a predator

No, she didn’t lost. We won against Baldoni and got his entire retaliatory defamation suit thrown out of court. What she’s doing now is seeking to collect the fees she’s entitled to.

You might have missed the part were SEVEN women of the cast and crew gave testimony in support of Lively’s allegation. Did you read any of their depositions? Baldoni is an abusive predator
