@spacejao @G4LRN @Lux_Stella_ That’s true! But that’s what I meant by English being as hard as French we have tenses and gender but they have more words and a harder pronunciation!
After all kids learn to speak at around the same age all around the world no spoken language is inherently harder imo.

@spacejao @G4LRN @Lux_Stella_ Ofc! French is my first language and once you know the pronunciation rules, it follows that pattern about 90% of the time. For English, it's trickier imo since if you haven't heard a word before, you're more likely to mispronounce it.

@G4LRN @Lux_Stella_ But spelling words in English is harder, it has a few more phonemes, phrasal verbs are also a huge part of the language and most ESL speakers use them incorrectly and it also has way more words than French.
Both French & English are beautiful languages though! 🫰
