The Dallas Sports Commission @dallas_sports has officially been awarded the THREE-YEAR BID to host the HBCUAC @HopeCreditUnion Basketball Championship from 2027–2029! 🏆🏀

One of the premier events in HBCU athletics is coming to Dallas — bringing all 15 @HBCUAC member institutions together for a championship experience that continues to grow in national impact and economic power.

📈 The tournament has already surpassed $1 MILLION in economic impact in previous host cities — and @CityOfDallas is ready to take it even higher.

As the official media rights partner of the HBCU Athletic Conference, Urban Edge Network is proud to continue broadcasting this historic championship to a national audience, amplifying the excellence, culture, and legacy of HBCU athletics.
