@EARTHLINGno2021@PopBase I genuinely don’t know why but I don’t think she looks bad? She’s a little skinny but it looks like it’s not dangerous or anything.
@Uravity98114 I like that, despite her exaggerated charm and combat, she really is just a normal girl. I can actually talk about her as a character, which is rare for ‘ditzy strength’ types.
@lockendkey@TempestsArc This is exactly how I feel. Like, I can accept a sloppy adaptation. I was one of the people who DID try and defend DMC DMC when it first came out because I could almost squint and see the slivers of effort. This one though? It’s genuine ragebait.
@Whisgoon I think it depends on what you wanted from the story. Honestly? It’s good when you compare it to the source material. Both SEEM like the entire story is just going to be the hell they’re going through but it’s really about the characters and what they represent.
@machinegirlb0y I’ve only floated around indie rock so I don’t really know what constitutes ‘bad’ vs ‘good’ in that department. My bar was always ‘not imagine dragons’
@Adfvgrdxvh@ghostofPswayze@buckadeath Mind and matter, stress management doesn’t erase stress. You need to manage your stress AND adress your stressors.
@redumbrellaclub I think I get the distinction being made but then the difference between strong compulsive behaviors and addictions are likely miniscule in day-to-day life. If I don’t have self control, I’m just going to keep doing it ad-infinitem.
