Following International Women’s Day, I’ve been reflecting on what that really means in practice, and I wanted to elaborate on that further.

Because equity has to be built into how we operate, the systems we design, and who leads. At DCO, women occupy leadership roles across the organization, shaping decisions and driving real impact.

And it extends to our work, supporting women-led enterprises and expanding access to digital tools and opportunities.

Because real equity isn’t aspirational, it’s something we build, sustain, and scale.
