Happy wife and mum. Grateful for my health. Lover of education. Proud of those that make a difference.

@newbalance I’ve waited ten days for my delivery. You’ve chosen UPS as the carrier. They are truly awful and neither you or they can explain exactly why my parcel is now stuck in a random locker without an access code. You certainly take our money very quickly. This is abysmal

[MJL @kilburn666]

@cardiffian64 VM is cheap for a reason. Outages and poor customer service and slow to fix faults. Absolutely useless.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@cardiffian64 I’ve swapped to VM from Sky after 20+ years only to have No WiFi or TV for the third day. Rubbish customer service.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@bandq_help dx delivery have lost a door in my delivery. This is disgraceful customer service. Please help.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@TIFF_NET Should have been Oscar nominated as well!

[MJL @kilburn666]

@ProDirectSports please can you resolve the missing refund you owe me from Sept ‘25? Nat West have no record of it & you insist you have refunded? Someone has my money!!!

[MJL @kilburn666]

@marksandspencer any answers about your food waste yet? You are very quiet?

[MJL @kilburn666]

@pennykakalaki @sophielouisecc The problem is that if the ten on the train had been shot and not stabbed, several would probably now be dead. So, there are pro and anti gun arguments.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@jaygeejayuk @DeanDrawwater @sophielouisecc It will be in my hand, in my pocket. For an emergency muscle ache.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@Woodywooky69 @LeilaniDowding Yes apparently it’s very effective and if you have a real fear of them, it’s completely understandable to take a can with you when you’re out & about.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@d5_rss @LeilaniDowding That’s emergency DIY, muscle strains, lunch flavour improvement, drain clearing, paint thinning and pest control I will be available for whilst out and about. Going to be a business venture.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@Neccccy Yes please! Where do we vote?

[MJL @kilburn666]

@PamLeigh9 @WorldByWolf Yes for emergency muscle aches. It’s in my bag from now on.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@StevenJonMiller Walking the dog. On a train. A concert. Around town. I don’t feel safe anywhere now 🙁

[MJL @kilburn666]

@mariana057 Poor child. Send her here for my Nanny’s rules. My grandson says they are the best.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@RevenantOfMe @Mikeyweal Handy to have for pests. Some are bloody dangerous. This kills on contact. We should know about this!

[MJL @kilburn666]

@NikkiSc40216559 @es03852 @Mikeyweal Brilliant. That’s top level consumer research done there.

[MJL @kilburn666]

@Mikeyweal What if I accidentally sprayed a person in the eyes when I have a severe emergency muscle pain in public?

[MJL @kilburn666]

@LukaBartok @daveatherton It is near Heathrow. Any reason for your pointless comment?

[MJL @kilburn666]

@Morrisons please be aware of a customer opening sauce & recipe jars to sniff & possibly taste them & putting them back on the shelf. Disgusting. Acton store. Please everyone check what you buy & @Morrisons check your stock!
