Today is the day we collect our rent! As you know, we are very proud of our Bees, which live here courtesy of Newent Beekeepers Association. The beekeepers gift us some honey and sell the rest to support their group. We then use our honey in the kitchen.

We get some pretty amazing views from the #ForestOfDean, all you have to do is climb a hill and you will be rewarded with views which go on for many miles. This is the north, looking out at the #WyeValley.

We are patiently waiting for the sun to return so we can harvest the Strawberries from our raised beds. We also have some delicious Thyme, which is coming along nicely. It's great to have fresh ingredients with zero food miles. #kilcotinn
