I don’t like it when the people in power blank journalists, from whatever organisation, at Government press conferences.

Being a leader in a democracy imposes certain obligations. We all know that not every question can be answered but reasonable efforts have to be made.

Where, on a given day, the Government can’t or won’t take a question, a smile or nod of apology is the expected norm.

What happened yesterday seemed discourteous and I wouldn’t like to think it was connected with whomever asked the question.

I very recently listened to one well known journalist who is constantly banging on about Climate Change and the damage we are all doing to our planet. He sounds like Greta’s twin. He pontificates about how irresponsible we all our not considering abandoning fossil fuels etc etc . The same twit tried to defend his holiday to the Mediterranean (by plane) saying he paid to offset his carbon credits. What a complete clueless clown, as he’s essentially saying in his tiny one brain cell is you can be irresponsible as long as you pay for the damage. In other words the climate policy is only for the poor who can’t afford to pay for the offset. Firstly he’s a complete twit, Secondly he’s a climate alarmist, Finally he’s still a twit.
