@CercaniasMadrid Iba en un cercanías destino a Parla desde la UAM dio la vuelta y sin avisar fue en dirección Alcobendas ahora estamos unas 200 personas en Comillas al Frío esto es lamentable

@remarkablepaper I phoned DHL. And they told me that they tryed several times to contact the supplier and no answer. Now the only option is that you provide the invoice, they don’t allow me to send it. Ok open another support ticket now just have to wait another 10 days for your answer..

@remarkablepaper I had to open a support ticket because I haven’t recieved any shipping confirmation email after more than 1 month. Yesterday you answer prividing me the tracking information. Surprise, my remarkable is coming back Hong Kong because you sent it without any invoice
