Killala came back from 3-0 down to complete the ultimate comeback, winning 4-3 after Matty Long struck late in injury time.
Few pics from our annual awards night on Fri. Fergal McHale scooped POTY and players POTY. Ray Murphy got young POTY and Skips received the Golden Boot. The lads picked up their League One winners medals, had a load of pints and beat Ballyheane B 4-3 the next day.
That’s the 2024 season celebrations warped up. Actually one more blow out on 28th Feb in Killala. But focus now shifts to the 2025 season kicking off next week.
Killala will go into their 50th anniversary next year as league champions after they stunned Iorras Aontaithe in extra time to win the League One title in Milebush last Saturday evening.
