@BaegulTheDwarf @maximum Min/maxing downtime is a skill, yes. However, downtime disproportionately hurting the spec more so than most was my point and is valid. My take is based on how the class feels from an overall perspective not just the ivory tower of elitism. The feel could be a lot better.

@maximum @BaegulTheDwarf Why is outlaw rated high. The spec has some of the biggest issues with downtime and a lack of burst that makes it fall well behind in a lot of raid encounters.
