@DerpBirdsNFT Thanks for sharing this info with the community! The issue we found when considering a multi-sig approach was that it prevents us from using a fair distribution model where unique addresses get priority, while there were other ways to mitigate congestion.

Any thoughts on this?

Sharing our minting process with the #CNFTCommunity just in case it helps another team:

- Keep it simple - just send ADA to address
- Prioritise addresses with 0 processed TXs. Then repeat for 1, 2, etc
- Only accept new TX if previous has been processed

Fair and easy for all?

@CardanoThor It should be as simple as using a centralized service they control (not discord) to reserve spots until sold out, favoring new addresses first in the queue to maximize fairness. A team for a big project should be able to pay for a server that easily handles these requests 🤷‍♂️
