@itsmerfornothin anotjer problem i have is her saying "thats jusy life" ok and so many misogynistic standards that are practiced are "just life." should we not push against anything at all?? women being forbidden to wear pants used to be "just life."
@franknteddy That part. Also, none of the responses make sense. Bc these same people see men shirtless 24/7 outside, but women still can't do the same for whatever reason. Can they just say they're porn-brained/scared of female anatomy and go 😭
@_celia_bedelia_ Additionally, I've seen "professional" men tucked in suits with beer bellies over their belts and tits bigger than mine. If that's somehow acceptable, but the opposite isn't.. well. Then we round back to the double standard.
@_celia_bedelia_ I think the point people are arguing is that new gens won't allow "boomer" standards to dictate comfort. Especially with their own bodies. Having boobs is natural. Not inherently unprofessional. The push back is meant to phase that standard out.
