I found out recently that the gosling raised by sandhill cranes in Kensington Park, MI died at about 2 months old. Many think he had a flying accident as cranes and geese learn to fly over different surfaces. I visited Kensington earlier in that year, but did not see him.
@dunemovie Hi. Are there going to be killdeers in this movie? I was in Part 1, but I didn't get any requests to do this one. BTW, they haven't paid me yet. I was supposed to be paid 100 pounds of mealworms.
@BalliettBrad When you see killdeer pop their heads up quickly, this is what they're doing. They are looking around. Their brains can process visual information very fast.
@shouldhaveaduck You say: Awww, how cute. Then, you gently direct them out of the store to as safe a spot as possible. And, you don't let people touch or crowd them.
