@HaloGear @DarkHorseDirect please fix this issue before shipping the Halo 2 Master Chief statue. The packaging should not be taking the paint off the statue while shipping

@HaloGear can we talk? I'm not exactly thrilled with the condition of Buck on arrival. The shipping protection didn't do the job as well as any of us had hoped, and rubbed the paint off the helmet.
