@CarrierIndia (1/3) It has been 1 MONTH and my AC remains unrepaired. Two service requests raised β Req 1313996203 (Jun 5) and Req 22052613875757 (May 22) β with ZERO resolution.
My parents are senior citizens, aged 67 & 62, suffering through summer heat with no cooling.

@OlaElectric I am utterly disappointed customer . I made initial payment of 20K on 16th Sep and cancelled it on same day. Did not receive my money till now.
@OlaElectric made false promises of refund within 7-10 working days.
None of their customer support avenues are helpful.
