@CruiseNorwegian had the worst experience Monday getting off the Pearl. My partner need help off the boat so we went to the location to get her a wheelchair. She gets in one and the staff help us to the security gate. I'm told there I have a bill after I already closed out.

@CruiseNorwegian turns out the bill was for sodas when we had the soda package. The staff member at the desk can't get anyone to help me and refuses to clear rhe charge. While dealing with this the staff with my partner takes off with her off the ship.
