So why are Metropolitan Police investigating Posh George and his mother?

Evidently the Electoral Commission reported concerns to the police regarding the possible disguising of the true source of funds (ie money laundering)

And what triggered the concerns about the £1m donated by Fiona Cottrell ?

Fiona Cottrell’s £1m donation was routed through an Australian money exchange service called Oneify into "Britain Means Business," a think tank owned by Reform UK's deputy leader Richard Tice

The funds were moved through Oneify and into Britain Means Business in June 2024. Half of this money (£500,000) was subsequently transferred to Reform UK weeks before the 2024 general election.

Extensive efforts by bankers and authorities have failed to trace the ultimate origin of the £1m.

So the complex routing of these funds, along with other donations linked to Cottrell, has triggered a criminal investigation by the Metropolitan Police

That’s all before we move on to another question . Which is why would a self professed money launderer like Posh George so love Montenegro that he domiciled himself there ?

It is absolutely disgraceful that the Murrell case appears to be attracting more attention than cases involving sexual abuse, particularly cases of child sexual abuse. That says a great deal about the warped priorities of both the mainstream media and the unionist parties.
