@FITNESS__WINS Is this the bloke that walks for 49% of his kilometers.. I'm 60 years old and I walk for 100% of my kilometers (over 300k a month) Am I the GOAT?
@KillorglinKen That’s a great two-part routine! It makes perfect sense to separate the thinking and brainstorming phase from the focused execution phase
@joehas I also wasn’t aware until after the game that every goal Argentina had scored in this World Cup came after 75 minutes. That piece of intel probably should have influenced the plan
@joehas Being generous, I think you call it street wise of Argentina. It wasn’t the reason England lost. The plan had worked in the previous 2 games, but Norway and Mexico aren’t Argentina. I’m sure we’ve all made calls that looked like a good idea at the time. Blame is not a good look
@dafuchuancun089@DietHeartNews@MarioNawfal Ok, the real easy answer is to ask you to look back at your recent history. 80 years ago you’d have fought or be shot. Some things don’t change.
@tradewithlux@DietHeartNews@MarioNawfal Eh? They can have concerts but not elections? Wow! I can see a world where Taylor Swift plays a gig and saves the day!
Spain have been the better side. They strangled France from the ‘off’. I just wish they were more likeable. We’ve seen nothing but usual falling down like a sack of spuds and rolling around the floor.. #spainvsfrance#FravsEsp
@lowcarbGP Completely agree @lowcarbGP - Muscle loss is a disaster. My body composition scale (best purchase ever) tells me I have roughly 70kg of muscle mass. So, knowing that, makes me aware that trying to get to even 90 kg might be counterproductive. I have settled on 100kg as my target
@sophiegrenham I usually watch the tennis but I’m rather distracted by Dublin v Kerry. If I don’t watch, I’ll get FOMO at the office coffee machine tomorrow. It’s obligatory to watch in Kerry!
