@MarathonDevTeam i havent played marathon really but the biggest problem is that you are just a extraction shooter. you need to expand to other things. arena shooter, battle royal. that doesnt mean get rid of extraction. dont leave the players you already have behind.
@AubinMagnus@nikxak0@SvartUlfer@RickKackis DCV was the main reason me and a lot of other stopped playing. i get lightfall and finalshape had their content for longer, but it still disappeared and never came back. we pay for content for them to constantly take it away.
@AubinMagnus@nikxak0@SvartUlfer@RickKackis i will die on the hill that the content fault is what killed destiny. every year, the seasons that you paid for disappeared. and those that didnt get the chance to play it had no idea what was happening. but pete parson was the one that killed bungie
@namename778@cuda_sixpack@Tahnit@Geezaws2 Agreed. What caused financial crisis was seasons, them working on 5 projects at once to sell Bungie, not using the money properly from the sell, oh and finally. CRUNCH.
@DirtyEffinHippy@totithoth I'm sorry but I disagree with you. Marathon is in such a niche category that even if they did their best, it would only keep Bungie afloat. Sony still wouldn't go for a destiny 3 or another project. We have to be loud to get another destiny
But did Destiny 2 beat Destiny 2's all-time Steam peak? No
That's the number Sony cares about. Keep Marathon's name out of your mouth. Destiny is in competition with Destiny if you want a 3. That's the focus.
