@Jambeanie I live in the USA, brought my HWBs with me 28 yrs ago and they are good for heating up the bed/aches and pains. Was home in Scotland for a visit last year and found a HWB that was long, about 4’, and slender, also one that was shaped to fit one’s shoulders. Both very effective!
