นำมาฝากกันนะคะ เผื่อใครอยากลองทำขนมไทยโบราณสีชมพูหวาน ๆ เมนูนี้ดูบ้างค่ะ

ส่วนผสม🌸
• แป้งเค้ก 110 กรัม
• แป้งท้าวยายม่อม 15 กรัม
• น้ำตาลทราย 80 กรัม
• กะทิอบควันเทียน 250 มล.
• ไข่ขาว 90 กรัม (ประมาณ 2 ฟอง)
• สีผสมอาหารสีชมพู ตามชอบ

วิธีทำขนมทองชมพูนุช 🌸

~ ใส่แป้งเค้ก แป้งท้าวยายม่อม และน้ำตาลทรายลงในชามผสม ใช้ตะกร้อมือคนให้ส่วนผสมทั้งหมดเข้ากัน

~ เติมกะทิลงไปทีละน้อย คนให้เข้ากันจนน้ำตาลทรายละลาย และส่วนผสมเนียนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน

~ เติมไข่ขาวลงไป คนให้เข้ากัน จากนั้นเติมสีผสมอาหารสีชมพูเล็กน้อย คนให้สีสม่ำเสมอตามต้องการ

~ นำส่วนผสมไปกรองผ่านกระชอนตาถี่ เพื่อให้เนื้อขนมเนียนละเอียด

~ เทส่วนผสมลงในกระทะ นำขึ้นตั้งไฟอ่อน กวนอย่างต่อเนื่องจนส่วนผสมเริ่มข้นและจับตัวเป็นก้อน เนื้อเนียนละเอียด กวนต่อจนแป้งสุกและร่อนออกจากกระทะ
