@EthanBenard I was 407 pounds. I know it sounds weird but I was happier when I was 407. Now I'm super self conscience because I have a ton of excess skin. Nobody prepares you for just how much psychological it is more than the weight loss itself. Proud of you!

@KathleenWinche3 Yes my mom did and I still do today. At my work we use the FIFO (first in first out) method in our coolers. The older product is in the front and when we stock the cooler the newer dates go behind the older ones so it rotates evenly....
