@rainSouthAfrica been trying to get assistance from rain for over a month now with an inactive service that I still have to pay for, I don’t get calls back as promised no reference number is offered, the messages stay unanswered but very quick to take you’re money

@supersonicfibre I cancelled my subscription with @supersonicfibre but yet I am still getting billed? I tried calling and messaging but either my account has miraculously gone missing and no one can help, and then no one bothers to follow up, but yet continues to bill
