@KLM lost my luggage on 20/12. I fly home today without my luggage ever being returned to me. I have had to spend a fortune on a new case, clothes, toiletries, electricals, etc. Customer services at @KLM_UK have offered no assistance. Wouldn't recommend @KLM for future use.
