I bought two different packs of lettuce heads. I took them out the package and put the on kitchen towel to make sure they were dry. One pack had lots of live bugs crawling over them - I binned them. The next pack has lots of bugs in them too. I have no packaging left

Bought something today that can't be returned but they are completely different from the last ones I got a few months ago

Hi, do you accept a Photocopy or a picture on my phone of my passport? Nervous about walking around with it on me in case of pickpockets, etc.

@Tesco hi, I was taking part in "Tesco Clubcard Challenge" which is still live but it's disappeared from my account. How can I get it to reappear?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco hi, I bought a top for £6.50 and returned it but only got £4.42. The 'coupons' I used were what I'd saved up from shopping with you not clothing money off vouchers

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@AsdaServiceTeam disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Started pouring this onto my dinner plate and look at that mould!!

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco any help?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco hi, I returned a pair of trousers yesterday to one of your stores. My card I got the money put back into isn't showing anything as pending to go back onto my card. Is this normal?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Online__Tesco 🤣

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@BootsHelp hi, collected my https://t.co/KeXNAj4HiV order today in store and it was missing one of my B12 vitamins

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco Amazing, thanks Claire

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco hi, I bought a jacket in the 25% off but I need the smaller size - can I exchange the jacket? A straight swap if they have the smaller size in store?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Tesco The 25% is off so where do I stand?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@marksandspencer I'm still waiting on a reply from Saturday in my DM's

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@marksandspencer just bought a dress in the sale and by looking at this sign (only sign that gave prices) I should have paid under £30 for my £95 pound dress, however, I was charged £47.50

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@marksandspencer I live over an hour away - can someone help me on here please. I can send pics of everything in a DM

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Dettol_UK That's a shame, thanks for the reply.

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@Dettol_UK are you phasing out dettol on the go products?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@currys hi, I'm having problems accessing your website. It states to contact the website itself

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@marksandspencer hi?

[Mgt & Kim @Kim_x0]

@marksandspencer bought a bra recently and went to exchange it but they wouldn't allow me to keep the sparks offer I had used for the exchange - so ended up costing me extra money as I needed a different size
