@avianca MGA–JFK delayed repeatedly (7:30pm → 9:15pm→ 10:30pm → 9am) via San Salvador arriving JFK nearly a day late, no hotel or meals despite an overnight delay. I found a faster United flight (Star Alliance) and you refused to rebook me. Deeply disappointing experience.
@lyft I was quoted $65 for a 40-minute ride, but it took 1 hour 35 mins and I was charged $154! The driver took a long, unnecessary route. As a NY resident, I know this wasn’t right. Please address this and refund the overcharge ASAP.

My parents travelled through TK a few months ago. During their trip, their bags took over 10 days to arrive. It's been over 2 months since they filed a baggage claim to cover their expenses and they have not heard back from TK.

What's worse is it was a half-baked response which probably took an agent < 20 seconds to reply with clearly no indication on my issue's history.

@SpiritAirlines Hey - i’ve recently purchased a ticket and my credit card has been charged twice, once for the amount reflected on the receipt and another unknown transaction with no receipt.
@united i have 6 transactions made on my credit card by United. Not sure what i was charged for and I don’t have any receipts to justify those charged either.

I’m appalled that your agents are trained to lie to customers. After receiving 3 different responses from agents on a refund request, I requested a formal response in writing to avoid multiple callbacks (>10hrs). I stayed on the line for an email then the agent hung up.
