Dear @Truist, I have a story to tell you. Once upon a time, your customer tried to use your app to make a mobile deposit. It worked well enough for the first two checks.

Then the third check came along. The app flashed an error message: "Missing Endorsement."

It takes years to unlearn some of this stuff.

I'm still uncovering biases in myself that don't come from first principles but from being socialized in a certain system of schooling.

The first step is awareness. School is a completely different game than building IRL.
